I am sorry that you had this all happened to you. I am still deciding whether or not to leave deviantART, I have been on here so long and have so many friends but as a bisexual woman and a trans-ally I really need to rethink where my support lies and what I am willing to do about this issue. I may stay and fight the fight.

I have hit a million walls with them. A particular anti-gay user named :itakeitback: flamed tons of GLBT clubs and posted disgusting things about homosexuals. I (amongst many others) reported him and they did not ban him, but banned other users for posting "erotic" artwork?

I just read up on the latest DA fail, and I'm probably going to be deleting my DA account soon. I stopped being active since what they've been doing for a while annoyed me, now this, really DA, me and all my friends are going to be leaving after this failure in human decency...

It wasn't so much taking away the choice that did it, it was their response to a polite request from you and others, how they treated and responded to you and others. No one, NO ONE should ever be treated that way, it was nice they apologized to you, after they insulted you in email after email. As a major in MCOM and PR, that is unacceptable from anyone, corporation or small business or person to person. Unacceptable. It disgusts me, and I'm contacting those on my friends' lists too.
